heat oil in a pan and add urad dal cumin seeds mustered seeds red chillies hing when seeds splatter
add chopped onion add salt and turmeric to it and fry until soft on slow medium flame.
then add little water to it cover ir for few minites until
onion cooks,add garam masala mix well and coverit.
let it cook for 2 mins..
take besan in small bowl add a little water to itmix well without any lumps( it should be like rasam consistency) then add besan water to curry and mix well let it cook for another 2 mins
add curry leaves and cilantro serve hot with puri or chapathi
