Veg manchuria

Very tasty.........Make easy........
 

Ingredients:

250 gms Carrot
250gms,cabbbage
250gms,Beans-
250gms,Corn flour
2tbs Maida
1/2tbs,Redchilli powder
1/2tbs,salt
1/2tbs,Dhania powder
1/2tbs,Garlic peaces
1/2tbs,Green chilli peaces
1tbsp Tomoto sauce-
1tbs,Soya sause-

1tbs,curd-
Coriander ,Oil -for fry
 

Process:

Cut all vegitables into small peaces.Add red chilli powder,salt,dhania powder mix well and add maida and corn flour.Add little water add make mixture.And make that mixture into small balls(manchuria) and deep fry this.

Remove oil from pan take 1spoon oil and heat that now add green chilli peaces, garlic peaces ,tomotosause and soya sause fry it for 2min now add manchuria add curd and remove from stove now garnish with coriander leafs.
Ready tasty ...........tasty........ Veg manchuria.
