Methi Rice

This is a very tasty rice and easy to prepare.


2 cups Basmati Rice
1 cup Methi leaves
1 onions
small piece ginger
3 garlic pods
5 cardamom
5 cloves
3 cinnamon
3 green chillies
1 tsp garam masala
salt - required
oil - required


First cook the rice and keep aside. Put the kadai on the stove put some oil in it fry the chopped onions until they get little brown color.

put some garlic and ginger paste fry it after put methi,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,green chilles,garam masala,salt fry it until methi,add cooked rice to that mixture.

Mix well evenly.
