Ingredients:

1no.---sorakaya
1no.---onion
4nos---green chillis
For talimpu:-
1/2teasp--mustard
1/2teasp--jeera
a few curry leaves
For masala:-
1tebsp--kshus kshus[gasagasalu]
5-6---garlic pods
1/2tebsp---greated coconut,add alittle hot water and griend in to a smooth paste.
1/2teasp--- red chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste
 

Process:

1.cut sorakaya in to 1/2"cubs,choop onion and green chillis,
2.heat oil in apan add mustard,jeera,curry leaves then add onion chillis fry till golden colour
3.now add sorakaya chilli powder,turmeric,salt to taste mix once and cover and leave for5-8mins
4. now add ground masala mix well and add 1/2 cup water mix once again cover and cook till done.
serve this curry with pooris,roties
