without using more of oil.traditional way of cooking.takes 10 min to cook.
 

Ingredients:

brinjal-1/2kg
oil-2tsp
blackgram-4tsp
senaga pappu-4tsp
dry red chillies-2
karivepaku-6leaves
dhaniyalu-5tsp
jeelakarra-2tsp
raw fresh coconut-50gms
salt-req.
palli(groundnut seeds)--5tsp
 

Process:

first clean the brinjals with fresh water.then clean them without water. tale a pan put 1 tsp of oil.and add all the brinals directly. put the stove on a low flame. carefully stir the brinjals.. when the brinjals get fried switch off the stove.a colour of light brown gets appeared when the brinjal gets fried.then let the brinjal become warmthless(no heat).now take palli(groundnut seeds) and fry them in a pan without oil.then take other pan and add jeelakarra,dhaniyalu,kaivepaku,dry red chillies,senagapappu,black gram and fry them without oil. then take the ingredients other than brinjal which are fried.and make them into powder.add grated coconut to the powder .now pierce a hole into the fried brinjal and carefully stuffthe powder into it, tthen take a tsp of oil in a pan and fry all the stuffed brinjals for 5 minutes .serve hot with rice,
