wheat flour-1 cup;carrot-1;greenchillies-4; sour buttermilk-2 cups;cumin seeds-1 tsp;salt to taste;kothimir-1bunch;oil to make dosas; ghee-1tsp.

chop green chillies.Churn buttermilk and add all ingredients and stir to make a thinnish dosa batter.Heat a nonstick pan and spread 1 ladle of batter to make a thin circle.Pl. donot spread the dosa with the back of the ladle. Just shake the pan immediately after pouring the batter on tawa so that it spreads easily. Pour oil [half tsp] on one side and cover with a lid.after about1min remove from pan and serve. No need to fry on the reverse side. No chutney is required coz the sourness of buttermilk adds its own zing.If you want crisp dosas then add 1 cup rice flour or suji but then the taste will not be the same. You can add onions, cauliflower, palak etc to make it more wholesome.
